In 1987 Jackée Harry became the first and so far only African-American to win an Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series for her work on 227.

Robert Guillame

In 1985 Robert Guillame won the Outstanding Lead Comedy Actor primetime Emmy Award for the series Benson, making him to this day the only African American actor to win the Lead Comedy Actor award.
